Attention all St. Mary Grade 12s!

This year we are moving away from hard copy applications. Instead, we are using Google Forms to collect information for Graduation Awards. It is a lengthy form so set time aside and don’t leave it to the last minute.

In order for you to be nominated for an award, you must answer the questions in the form and fill it out accurately. Do not leave out any information about yourself and your accomplishments at St. Mary.

Ensure that you use an e-mail address that you are able to access later. The form will send you a link. This link allows you to go back and edit your responses.
Please DO NOT start a new form to update or edit your information. Only use the link provided in the e-mail.

Deadline for all submission is Monday, April 15, 2019. We will close the forms by midnight on April 15th and you will not be able to revise or submit anything past this deadline.

STUDENT GRADUATION MEETINGS:
Tuesday February 19th – Period 1
Wednesday April 24th – Period 2
Wednesday May 29th – Period 2

GRAD PHOTOS:
Graduation photos were taken November 13th – 22nd, 2018
Sitting fee - $15.00
Students were given a code to login online to see their proofs. If you have misplaced your code, please contact the studio directly.
Retakes will take place at the studio.

LADIES: $90.00 (extra cost is bouquet of flowers)

Due Date for Graduation Fees: On or before Wednesday April 3rd, 2019

FYI: Payment must be made through CASH ONLINE. Parents or guardians must sign up to Cash Online if they have not done so already. You will be asked to complete 3 tasks:
1. Check the appropriate box for your full height in feet and inches.
2. Complete and sign the bussing permission form
3. Indicate if you have any food allergies or sensitivities.

FEE INCLUDES: graduation gown rental, keepsake cap and tassel, organist, church fee, flowers, photographer, communion breakfast and bus transportation, printing costs, diploma covers and incidentals

SINCE MOST GRADS WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE AT ST. MARY AT THE TIME OF GRADUATION, NO ADDITIONAL CONTACT OUTSIDE OF THE SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS AND SYNER VOICE WILL BE MADE TO COLLECT THE ABOVE FEES. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY BY THE DATES INDICATED, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REMOVED FROM THE CEREMONY LIST!!!!!

A google docs form will be available March 1st on the school website. This form must be completed and submitted online. These profiles are very important for determining the recipients of various academic and service awards. Do not leave this until the last moment!!

GRADUATION CEREMONY @ CATHEDRAL OF CHRIST THE KING: Thursday June 6th, 2019
5:00 pm – Pick up cap, gown, and flowers
5:30 pm - Outside for group picture
6:30 pm – Assemble in the auditorium to line up for ceremony
7:00 pm – Ceremony begins

****Please be aware that drinks will not be provided the night of the ceremony. Please bring a bottle of water in case you get thirsty. ****
1. DOORS OPEN AT 6:15 pm FOR GUESTS
2. EACH GRADUATE WILL BE ALLOWED 2 TICKETS TO THE BASILICA ONLY!
3. WE ASK THAT PARENTS AND GUESTS REMAIN IN THE CHURCH AND DO NOT COME TO THE AUDITORIUM UNTIL AFTER THE CEREMONY.
